Hawaii Safety Vehicle inspection in California?

I paln shiping my car from California to Hawaii. I understand my car will need to have Safety Inspection that Hawaii state requires.
I was wondering if there is any provider who can perform the inspection and give me the inspection certificate that Hawaii DMV accepts for registration.

   You’ll need to get it in Hawaii. CA does not have a safety inspection program — strictly “stop & pop”. It wouldn’t matter even if they did. You need a Hawaii inspection, not one from Cali.
